FRAME : monolithic, made of profiles andelectrowelded/normalized steel plates.The supports bearing the rotor spindles are placed sideways. The frame is secured to the floor by means of screw anchors (included in our supply) with adjustable dowels for levelling.
ROTOR: consists of 2 spindles connected through 2 bows. Spindles are mounted on high precision bearings, which are grease lubricated through points joined outside, to allow lubrication even if machine is running, and are placed on cast iron removable housings. The motion is transmitted to the spindles by a transversal transmission shaft via pulleys and toothed belts.
